Dr. Hagit Meishar-Tal, is the head of the bachelor degree program in Instructional technologies in Holon Institute of Technology (HIT). Hagit Holds a PhD from Haifa University. Her dissertation title: The Internet and the social space dynamics: globalization, networking and virtualization. Hagit is a researcher of instructional technologies, her main research foci are: distance learning, mobile learning, and location based learning, learning with social networks, and parental mediation of digital technologies.
