Delegates from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje visited HIT as part of the collaboration between HIT and other academic institutions in Macedonia

The visit was initiated by the Israeli Foreign Ministry promoting HIT's collaboration with other academic institutions preserving the Jewish Heritage in Macedonia.
The delegation was headed by H.E. Ambassador of Israel to North Macedonia Mr. Dan Oryan.
The delegations members were:
Prof. Nikola Jankulovski, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University's Rector.
Dr. Ana Fritzhand - Associate Professor Head of the Department of Philosophy.
Prof. Dr. Ratko Duev - Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy.
Prof. Biljana Angelova Ph. D - Vice Rector for Finance, Investments and Scientific Development.

The guests were greeted by Prof. Eduard Yakubov – President of HIT,
Mr. Samuel Goldberg – HIT's CEO, Dr. Refael Barkan, Head of the Research, Innovation and International Ventures Authority (R.I.I.V.A) & CEO of HIT's Tech Transfer Office (A.Y.Y.T.),Dr. Guy Yoskovitz, Head of International Ventures and Mrs. Tony Levy – External Relations Officer, President Office.

The meeting included discussions about students' and staff exchange between both institutions, joint research ventures, especially in the fields of GIS, Digital Health and more.
The delegation members visited HIT's Robotics lab, Nano-Technology lab, the Atomic Microscope and Physics lab.
Both institutions have agreed to broaden the existing strong ties between them and to continue and develop joint projects.
