Kazakhstan's new Ambassador to Israel visited HIT.

HIT's senior management welcomed the new Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Israel for an official visit

Prof. Eduard Yakubov, President of HIT, and Mr.  Shmuel Goldberg, HIT's CEO, hosted the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Israel,  MR. Daulet Yemberdiyev  and his delegation for an official visit. This visit is yet another essential expression of the diplomatic and academic relations between Israel and Kazakhstan.

During the visit, Prof. Yakubov presented the academic and research activities, the faculties, the departments, and the various and unique programs. "The studies at HIT are of the highest level," said Prof. Yakubov. We provide our students with the tools and capabilities required to succeed in the industry."

During the tour, the ambassador and his team visited the Julia Mizrahi Gallery at the Institute, where two typography and visual communication exhibitions are displayed. 

"I appreciate and respect HIT very much, and indeed, this is the first academic institution in Israel that I visited," said Ambassador Yemberdiyev. "I would love for students from Kazakhstan to come and study here as full-fledged students."

The State of Israel has maintained full diplomatic relations with Kazakhstan since Its independence. The Israeli embassy opened in Astana in the same year, and the two countries began a common diplomatic path.

The visit of Ambassador Yemberdiyev, who took up his position not long ago, is yet another evidence of the extensive network of contacts that the HIT manages with Kazakhstan and its leading academic institutions. Holon Institute of Technology strengthens international ties and emphasizes the importance of research and technological collaborations between Israel and the global academic community. HIT is proud to be part of an international network that promotes technological research and development.
