Emergency activity - Iron Swords War
Dear students, dear colleagues,
At this difficult time, our hearts are with the citizens and families whose homes are under attack, with IDF soldiers and with all the security forces. We grieve the loss of human lives. Some of them are HIT students and alumni.
In light of the difficult security situation, please note the opening of the school year has been postponed. Studies will begin on November 5th. Unless there is a change, and we will notify.
In addition, the orientation day for the International students that was planned for this week will not take place. We will update of a new date, closer to the opening of the semester.
For students who have already arrived and sharing the situation with us – we strongly ask you to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command, and above all to take care of yourselves and your loved ones.
Please install the Home Front Command app on your personal phones and set the region, to receive a notice on time:
The International Team is at your service, for any question or concern and we strongly invite you to share with us your thoughts and feelings via Email: irai@hit.ac.il
We hope that peace will return to Israel soon and that we can all return to our daily lives: study, research and meeting one another.
