The 2016 Rabin Medical Center Honorees

The honorary certificate was received during the annual Gala Dinner held at Tel Aviv Hilton, organized by The Friends of Rabin Medical Centers organization chaired by Mr. Pinchas (Pini) Cohen.
Mr. and Dr. Cohen had received the award for their ongoing contribution and efforts in fund raising for the renovation and expansion of the Department of Organ Transplantation at Rabin Medical Center. 

 

 

The Hospital's CEO, Dr. Eyran Halpern, greeted the couple and said that "This is an outstanding contribution in light of the many years where Mr. Cohen, who is the chairman of the Friends of Rabin Medical Centers organization, has made enormous efforts in raising funds to the hospital.

 

 

Due to his dedication and hard work, which was done in addition to his other businesses, millions of dollars were raised towards various needs: acquisition of advanced technologies, enrichment of knowledge as well as renovations and building new units in the hospital.

 

 

Pini did not settle just for his ongoing and longtime efforts, but together with his wife had also contributed by donating himself to the department of transplantation.
