Memorandum of Understanding between HIT and the University of Latvia ,LU.
The memorandum of understanding was signed during the visit of Prof. Eduard Yakubov, President of HIT and Dr. Refael Barkan, Head of the R&D and External Affairs authority to Latvia.
The memorandum deals with the prospect collaboration between both institutions in the Digital Health and Information Technologies field.
According to the memorandum, HIT and LU will advance together the Digital Health Sciences program ,which will start at HIT as well as Erasmus exchange program
