Prof. Sarit Kraus
Prof. Sarit Kraus is a senior faculty member in the Department of Computer Science at Bar-Ilan University and the prestigious EMET Prize laureate, 2010.
Prof. Kraus’s groundbreaking and world-acclaimed research in the fields of artificial intelligence and multi-agent systems, particularly in the area of communication between intelligent agents and human beings, has significantly impacted on Israel’s high-tech industry as a whole, as well as generations of higher-education students and researchers.
Prof. Sarit Kraus embodies, in her outstanding work and unique approach to family and society, HIT's values and vision which combines quality research, innovative spirit, and contribution to the community.
For all of the above HIT is granting her an Honorary Degree.
