Mr. Pinchas (Pini) Cohen is the Chairman and General Partner of the NOY Infrastructure and Energy Investments Funds (since 2011), the largest Israeli infrastructure fund. Concurrently he is also Chairman and Partner of America Israel Investments Ltd. (since 2009), an Israeli company in the field of real estate development and investments, which is active in private and commercial real estate and Chairman and partner of the Davidoff Group (since 2006), whose activities center on insurance and medical and public services in Europe, India and Israel in addition, Chairman and partner of "Studio C” Ltd. (since 2006), a company with 35 branches country-wide, specializing in slimming, fitness and nutritional programs, specifically for women.
Prior to this, Mr. Cohen served in a number of leading executive positions which included, Executive Chairman of the Eldan Transportation Group (2009-2013); Chief Executive Officer of Africa Israel Investments (1998-2006); Chairman & partner of Tshuva Holdings Ltd. (2006-2009); Chief Executive Officer of Eldan Transportation & Tourism Ltd. (1994-1998); Executive Vice President of MUL-T-LOCK (1992-1994); and Managing Director of ARARAT Insurance Company (1972 - 1992.
Over the years, Mr. Cohen has been chairman and member of numerous Boards of Directors mainly of the subsidiaries of the corporations he led and leads.
In the civic arena, Mr. Cohen currently serves as Chairman of the Friends of the Rabin Medical Center and also the Chairman of the Friends of the Meir Institute, Jerusalem, a center for Jewish studies.
Mr. Cohen is also the Chairman of the Israeli Board of Trustees of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS).
In the past Mr. Cohen has also served as Chairman of the Friends of NITZAN, an NGO for special needs children and a member of Friends Association of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the Tel Aviv University School of Engineering. He is fluent in Hebrew and English.
