The first and only specialization track in Israel is offered for M.A. students in the Faculty of Instructional Technologies at HIT.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to revolutionize Organizational Learning by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of learning processes on many levels in the organization: starting with creating personalized learning experiences for employees by analyzing their learning behaviors, preferences, and performance data, which will help organizations adapt learning content and delivery methods to meet the needs of each employee and lead to more effective learning results, up to the use of machine learning algorithms that allow adjusting learning programs based on the individuals' performance, to ensure personal adjustment and training.

Artificial Intelligence can provide immediate feedback and evaluation on learning outcomes, allowing employees to identify areas that need improvement and adjust their learning strategies accordingly.

Prof. Gila Kurtz, dean of the Faculty of Instructional Technologies: "The field of Artificial Intelligence is about to become an integral part of our professional world and therefore we have concluded that we need to offer a unique and attractive program to the graduates of the faculty and to anyone interested in deepening and specializing in the field of AI in organizational learning, within an M.A".

Dr. Eran Gal, Head of the Graduate Program "We are the first and the only ones in Israel to offer such an academic specialization track, which is also suitable for students from the education system and teachers."
The purpose of the specialization track is to impart a wide range of skills required to integrate artificial intelligence-enhanced learning and training. In addition, the students will acquire tools for characterizing, developing, and launching AI-based learning solutions.

Joining the unique track is Dr. Eran Barak Medina, an expert in AI in Organizational Learning, and former head of the AI laboratory of the Ministry of Education, who will join the faculty after several years of stay as a researcher at George Washington University in the USA.
