One of the most exciting exhibitions ever presented at the "Virtina" gallery in HIT this year is "Connector- A tribute to Ami Drach". The exhibitions is a tribute the the industrial designer Ami Drach who had passed away, before his time, in 2012.

In a conference and a students' competition that was held at IDC under the title "Development of assistive technologies to ALS patients", a multidisciplinary students team for HIT led by MADE lab, took part in the competition and presented their INDIE-WORD project, that supplies a communication solution to ALS patients in situations where they are not in front of a computer.

Michal's project, guided by Dr. Dror K. Levy," Emoji as a substitute in a faceless era"' was awarded the first prize in the creation category, in the last Research and Creation day that was held recently at HIT.

Adi Arie, M.A. student in Integrated Design had won the first prize in the Multidisciplinary category.
