M.A. in Instructional Technologies
The 2-year M.A. program equips students with the knowledge and skills required to lead the development and implementation of technology-based training and learning solutions. The program targets working adults who have already gained some experience in corporate training or ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and wish to further develop their theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
The rich program covers a broad range of professional capacities, including: training management, the planning and design of learning and training experiences, and the measurement and assessment of technology-based solutions in corporate training settings.
Academic courses are complemented by authentic real-world assignments, and campus-based sessions are combined with online learning. The teaching staff comprises both academic faculty and experts from industry.
Our graduates hold leading positions in both industry and academia, as training managers, e-learning managers, online course developers, high-tech and edtech entrepreneurs, and more.
Accelerated Program (B.A. + M.A.) - Our Framework of Excellence
Outstanding B.A. students who meet specific criteria are eligible for the Accelerated Program, awarding both a B.A and M.A in Instructional Technologies in only four years (as opposed to five years required for obtaining both degrees via the regular programs).
Participants acquire practical research experience which gives them an important edge when they launch their chosen careers – whether in industry or academia.
